This is a newly created position in a thriving, values-led organisation, offering a chance to shape and deliver high-impact external and internal events — from thought leadership roundtables and national adviser roadshows to conferences, webinars, and staff engagement initiatives.

Reporting into the Heads of Marketing and managing a Marketing & Events Executive, the successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand’s visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full event lifecycle from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all events across the group – including branded corporate events, conferences, hospitality, webinars, and internal functions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to ensure events align with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee logistics from venue sourcing to AV, branding, guest management, and follow-up communications.
  • Deliver compelling registration and pre-event marketing campaigns, partnering with the design and digital teams.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure high standards of delivery and value.
  • Line manage and develop the Marketing & Events Executive.
  • Analyse event performance and implement improvements to drive ROI and audience engagement.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering a variety of events in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a premium eye for brand experience and execution.
  • Calm under pressure, with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • Proficient in event management platforms and tools.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and a team player.
