A leading multi-service law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.

Hours – Full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Location – Edgbaston, Birmingham

Benefits – Pension scheme, health cash plan for workplace wellbeing, employee referral bonus, up to 33 days paid leave per year and Christmas shutdown and a bonus scheme

Salary – Competitive DOE plus bonus

The role

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing relationships
  • Managing own caseload

Previous experience of managing a residential conveyancing caseload is essential.
