Your purpose

  • Convert and confirm all table and bedroom reservation enquiries, ensuring all information and comments are correct.
  • Deal with all reservations and enquiries with care and in line with the Company's procedures.
  • Ensure our Standard Operating Procedures are followed consistently in order to maintain our standards of guest service and provide a warm welcome to each member and guest.
  • Have complete knowledge of facilities, room rates, promotions and hours of operation across both Houses so that you can positively approach bedroom, room service and F&B outlet sales opportunities.
  • Assist the Group Reservations Manager, Reception / Front of House teams with systems ensuring correct allocation of tables, close outs, notes and messages.
  • Coordinate rewards and VIP treatment for special guests on arrival with the Reception / Front of House teams.
  • Support the coordination of group booking enquiries for the Food & Beverage teams, including the preparation of function sheets to ensure clear communication with all relevant departments.
  • Support members parties, including bookings, dining options, logistics and ticketing.

About you

  • Proven experience in reservations, Front of House or guest service.
  • A confident, clear communicator with a professional phone manner and strong multitasking ability.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and a keen understanding of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Sales-aware with the ability to both upsell and cross-sell.
  • A team player who is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences, with a warm and welcoming attitude.
