Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the team at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Droitwich. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (1 Hour Lunch Break), with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00.
As a Customer Retention Advisor, you will facilitate inbound calls and service bookings as well as making outbound calls.
