The legendary AND1 basketball brand is back. We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, data-driven and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU.

What You’ll Do:
- Website Management: Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party devs. Optimise navigation, collections, UX, and product launches. Align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities.
- Digital Marketing & Paid Social: Plan, launch & optimise Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies. Monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets. Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact.
- Reporting & Strategy: Deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts. Manage marketing calendar and online trading budget. Track trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams. Ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear ideal).
- Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest.
- Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+.
