About the Role
As Head of Economics, you will:
•    Lead and develop the Economics department, driving outstanding teaching and learning
•    Inspire and motivate students at GCSE and A-Level to achieve their highest potential
•    Support, mentor, and develop a talented team of subject specialists
•    Contribute to the wider life of our vibrant Academy community

What We’re Looking For
•    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Economics or a related field
•    Proven track record of outstanding classroom practice at KS4 and KS5
•    Experience of leading or supporting curriculum development
•    The vision and energy to drive forward an ambitious department
•    A commitment to inclusive education and the Academy’s values
