We are working with a leading organisation who provide top-class shipping and packing services to overseas customers. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the international export process.
We require an experienced Ocean Export Operator, who will be responsible for handling all elements of FCL and LCL shipments.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Ocean Export Coordinator:
- Liaising with shipping lines to track shipments and keep customers informed.
- Communicating with import agents to organise customs clearance and confirm delivery.
- Working with other departments such as the transport and warehouse teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Producing invoices and passing over to accounts for invoicing.
- Export customs entries using HMRC CDS customs system.
- Resolving any customer service issues which may arise.
