Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for planning excellence? We’re looking for a Portfolio Planner to help shape and optimise enterprise-level planning within a newly formed Transformation Management Office (TMO). In this role, you’ll work across departments to deliver planning, reporting and forecasting activities that drive performance and deliver measurable business value. You’ll play a key role in managing planning tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving processes to enhance portfolio delivery. This position is ideal for someone who’s data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of purpose and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide portfolio plans and reporting frameworks
- Support the transition to centralised planning tools and methods
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable plans
- Provide regular reporting and insights on performance vs forecast
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation
- Proven experience in planning, resource management or PMO functions
- Familiarity with planning systems and portfolio/project management tools
- Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills
- Confidence working across multiple business units and with senior stakeholders
