An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded national Legal 500 law firm. The firm is well-regarded for providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, including SMEs and large corporations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise clients on a broad range of non-contentious employment law matters, including employment contracts, policies, TUPE, executive terminations, and redundancy procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to support clients with complex employment matters and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Support clients with corporate transactions, ensuring smooth employment-related processes during mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear and practical advice.
  • Contribute to the department’s business development efforts, including attending networking events and building client relationships.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years PQE with solid experience in non-contentious employment law.
  • A proactive approach to managing your own caseload, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
