Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn’t your favourite, this role can be hybrid or work from home, or anywhere in between. If you like coming in, you’ll always find some office buddies. We only ask that you come in twice a month for a Marketing Day and Company Day. And if you like big occasions, we really bring the office to life monthly for our themed culture days. Plus all our giffgaffers come together at our legendary giffgaff summer, birthday and Christmas celebrations.

The role and the team

Reporting to the Head of Go To Market and Media, this function sits within the broader Marketing Strategy and Planning Team. This wider team is responsible for surfacing a deeper understanding of our brand, our target audiences, and our position within the whole market to inform the wider business strategy, and our specific function delivers key production, promotion and campaign launches to market with all of this context in mind.

You’ll play an important driving role in the alignment and close collaboration between marketing, commerce, product, legal.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Go To Market plans for day-to-day launches across Marketing and Commerce, working closely with Phones, Product, Proposition, Brand and Legal.
  • Support the Head of Go To Market Lead & Media on execution of go to market strategies across the big/new product launches or promotional events
  • Maintaining a clear and actionable monthly channel tracker, holding stakeholders to account to input their channel updates
  • Facilitating a collaborative weekly working group between Marketing, Commerce and Experience, and the sharing of meeting notes after each meeting.
  • Champion for well articulated Customer Decision Journeys for campaigns, launches and promotions
  • Support Phones Team in their relationship management of Phone Vendors with quarterly marketing updates
  • Own the Phone Vendor approvals process for all creative and content

Skills, experience and attitudes:

  • Experience within either a broad or specialised marketing/product management role
  • An appetite to learn about all areas of the business (beyond the team you’re in)
  • Collaborative and curious. Willing to work closely with many stakeholders to maximise opportunities and find better ways to get things done
  • Highly organised and able to work across multiple projects and workstreams independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and confident to work in a fast-paced and highly engaged environment

Preferable :

  • Experience specifically in go to market
  • Experience within connectivity
