About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Montessori Teacher to join a supportive and passionate team. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time hours, this role offers flexibility and the chance to work in a nurturing environment that values continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Prepare and maintain a well-organised, engaging Montessori learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan for each child's individual needs to support their growth and development.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for all children.
