As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—engaging senior HR leaders and C-suite decision-makers in strategic conversations to uncover pain points and demonstrate value. You’ll need a consultative approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to tailor solutions to each client’s unique needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Using a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client challenges and position our solution effectively.
- Prospecting and engaging potential clients through outbound campaigns, calls, and emails.
- Leading qualification and discovery calls to uncover business needs and pain points.
- Delivering compelling product demos that clearly demonstrate ROI and strategic impact.
- Managing opportunities through the sales pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales (as an AE or SDR/BDR with closing exposure).
