We’re working with a long established main contractor that specialises in Prime Residential and high end heritage projects across some of London’s most exclusive postcodes. Known for delivering ultra prime homes and complex refurbishments, the company is built on strong values of quality, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or a strong Assistant QS to join their experienced commercial team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be part of a close knit team led by a highly respected Head of Surveying, working alongside senior colleagues with decades of experience at the company and in the sector. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and ideal for someone looking to develop their skills on career defining projects.

You’ll take responsibility for managing packages or supporting a Senior QS across the full commercial function—procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and subcontractor accounts.

Projects are predominately in London\’s premiere postcodes and typically range from £1m-£10m in contract value.

You will be office based in The West End with regular travel to sites.

• A Quantity Surveyor with experience in high end residential or aligned high quality refurbishment projects
• OR a capable Assistant QS ready to step up
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Interest in high quality, bespoke construction
• Reliable, proactive, and a good team player
