Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple client engagements with agility, ensuring quality and timeliness across all deliverables.
- Oversee the development and execution of unbranded and disease awareness campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Manage project financials, resourcing, and performance with an eye for both quality and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with integrated teams (digital, creative, advocacy, policy, and more) to deliver comprehensive campaigns.
- Drive new business initiatives and support proposal development efforts.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance development for account teams.
- Ensure compliance and proper distribution of client materials through regulatory channels when required.
- Deep experience working within the life sciences sector, ideally including pharma, biotech, or medtech.
- Expertise in patient advocacy, unbranded campaigns, or public health communications.
- Proven success in leading integrated campaign delivery across multiple channels (PR, digital, creative, policy).
- Excellent ability to translate complex science into impactful messaging for varied audiences.
