The role:
Mission:
The Client Services & Systems Manager plays an instrumental role in engaging and helping our clients leverage our solutions for success in their ecommerce initiatives.
They actively manage existing client business and support shaping the strategy, identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue.
Day to day focus is on developing and strengthening positive client relationships leading to overall client satisfaction; monitoring performance, track finances and forecast and managing the team of Business Analyst.
The Client Services & Systems Manager is the primary point of contact with the client and internally owns the management of all assigned client programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight for your assigned client portfolio
Cultivate client relationships and manage those relationships with excellence
Identify and capture business opportunities within existing accounts
Produce Change Requests for small projects
Produce strategic account plans and direct teams to ensure that services and work achieve the objectives
Run assigned client meetings (set agendas, lead presentations, manage details)
Ensure work is delivered within established timeframe and up to the companys high standards
Responsible for keeping client satisfaction with companys services and tracking service metrics, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems and recommending system improvements
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Production of weekly invoices.
Check inventory will meet customer demands and will analyse risks in the supply chain
Able to juggle multiple client projects and tasks concurrently and in a highly organized manner
Understands assigned clients ecommerce marketing objectives, business needs and budget
Able to proactively identify and address potential issues and collaboratively lead resolution
Collaborates openly and effectively with our internal functional teams.
Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Coordinate daily client service operations (e.g. processes and orders)
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Monitor and manage account team ensuring proactively following up on actions and tasks
Manage client escalations (e.g. missed SLA)
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
Coach and support new and existing employees
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
About you:
Skills/Experience/Profile:
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
Significant manager, client service delivery or account management experience
Performance management
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
Quality management

Handles pressure
Experience within ecommerce and fulfilment is essential
Previous experience in working in organisations during peak trading periods
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Analytic skills and ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports

Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment
