to join a leading contractor on a new build housing development in
Castle Donington . Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and completing finishing works across plots Working through snagging lists to ensure all units meet required standards Coordinating and driving progress across all finishing trades on site Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times Reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager Assisting with quality control and delivering homes ready for handover Requirements: Experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing sites Own tools
are essential Valid
CSCS card SMSTS or SSSTS
qualification First Aid
