The Role: German-Speaking Recruitment Sales
This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role,where youll use yourGerman fluencyto:
- Build relationships with clients and candidatesinGerman-speaking markets.
- Source top talent and negotiate dealsacrossGermany, Austria & Switzerland.
- Hit sales targetsin a fast-paced, commission-rich environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Prospect and close deals with German-speaking clients.
- Candidate Sourcing Headhunt freelancers, contractors and permanent professionals in the DACH region.
- Networking Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders in their native language.
- Sales & Negotiation Use your fluency to build trust and close placements.
Who We Want:
- Fluent/Native German speakers(business-level proficiency).
- Sales or recruitment experience preferred but graduates with language skills are welcome.
- Target-driven Motivated by uncapped earnings and career growth.
