The Role: German-Speaking Recruitment Sales

This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role,where youll use yourGerman fluencyto:

• Build relationships with clients and candidatesinGerman-speaking markets.
• Source top talent and negotiate dealsacrossGermany, Austria & Switzerland.
• Hit sales targetsin a fast-paced, commission-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Prospect and close deals with German-speaking clients.
• Candidate Sourcing Headhunt freelancers, contractors and permanent professionals in the DACH region.
• Networking Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders in their native language.
• Sales & Negotiation Use your fluency to build trust and close placements.

Who We Want:

• Fluent/Native German speakers(business-level proficiency).
• Sales or recruitment experience preferred but graduates with language skills are welcome.
• Target-driven Motivated by uncapped earnings and career growth.
