You won’t just be maintaining output as the Production Manager; you’ll be part of the transformation. With your knowledge and leadership, you will be rebuilding the culture and instilling a mindset of continuous improvement and performance focus.
You’ll lead a team of long-serving shift supervisors and play a key role in developing structure, coaching behaviours and enhancing performance within the team, which in turn would see you have a significant impact on the site.
You’ll have a high level of autonomy while also getting to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure production runs efficiently and consistently, with an engaged approach to team management.

You’ll bring proven experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing environment, with responsibility for a team of supervisors or managers.
You’ll be confident managing performance and coaching supervisors, and you’ll understand the realities of working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.
Strong operational oversight, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to lead from the front will be essential in order to deliver the transformation required.
