What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing 100-150 messages and calls daily from awesome customers
  • Solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and making people feel heard
  • Assisting with orders, queries, and general account support
  • Handling complaints like a pro - calm, kind, and confident
  • Staying on top of product knowledge (don't worry, we train you!)
  • Collaborating across teams to make things happen
  • Logging interactions accurately and hitting customer satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For

  • Able to work 3 days a week in our Marlow office, with 2 days WFH
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (any industry)
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner
  • Friendly, professional phone and email communication
  • Strong multitasking and time management
  • Great under pressure and always ready to problem-solve
  • CRM/ticketing system experience = bonus (but not a must)
