A leading service solutions provider with extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical, coatings, cooling, and lubrication systems, always prioritising the highest standards of quality.
The HR Advisor will support day-to-day operations within the HR function, carrying out a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
The preferred candidate will cover the following duties and responsibilities:
- Previous HR experience with a solid understanding of employment legislation.
- A working knowledge of manual payroll calculations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Support recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and updating policies and procedures.
- Assist the HR Manager with ad hoc projects.
- Provide support to management and employees, utilising knowledge of people management practices, HR policies, and best practices.
- Handle queries promptly and escalate when necessary to the HR Manager.
- Support the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain strong attention to detail.
- Assist with HR administration, including taking notes during meetings.
- Support the onboarding and leaver process.
- IT knowledge and understanding of HR systems (preferred, but training will be provided).
- Strong organisation and time management skills.

- Experience in an HR Advisor role or equivalent.
- Business Administration/HR qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and related legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
