As an Analyst – BCG Vantage in a Client Focus role within BCG's Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE), you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Principal Investors and Private Equity business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.
BCG’s PIPE Practice Area works with the world’s largest investment firms, serving six client asset classes: Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Infrastructure & Real Estate Funds, Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Plans. Likewise, PIPE topics cut across not only these asset classes, but also across industries (e.g., Health Care, Consumer, Technology, etc.) and sub-topics (e.g., Tech Capital, Private Credit, Environmental, Social and Governance, etc.).

- Helping to solve client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in PIPE

What You’ll Bring
- Master's degree relevant to PIPE; 1+ year of relevant work experience in PIPE preferred
- Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in PIPE
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
