We’re looking for a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner to lead the design and delivery of a forward-thinking L&D strategy within Health Assessment Advisory Services (HAAS). This pivotal role will oversee the Content and Design Team, ensuring that our learning offering not only meets business needs but empowers our people to grow their capability, confidence, and career.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing an L&D strategy aligned to business priorities and future skills needs.
- Leading the creation and enhancement of blended learning solutions that are engaging, scalable, and measurable.
- Supporting the management of the L&D budget and identifying opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborating with clinical, operational, and people + culture teams to embed learning that drives real outcomes.
- Building partnerships with professional bodies and training providers to elevate our learning offer.
- Evaluating impact and embedding continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions at scale.
- Deep knowledge of instructional design and modern learning methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading L&D professionals and delivering through others.
- Familiarity with LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate.
- Experience in change management and learning facilitation up to senior level.
Desirable:
- CIPD or other relevant HR/L&D qualifications.
