Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help take the company\’s marketing to the next level. If you\’re passionate about digital marketing and love the idea of working with a values-led business that prioritises personal growth and positive change, this role is for you!

The Role

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid media – Meta & Google)
• Create and refine content across channels
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
• Liaise with our Marketing Director to align strategy and execution
• Track performance, generate insights, and optimise campaign results
• Plan and deliver marketing events including retreats and live experiences
• Support the coaching brand\’s expansion into wider business areas as needed

The Candidate

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in coaching or professional services
• Hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising
• Confident in creating email sequences and managing CRM systems
• Strong content creation and editing skills
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Comfortable working independently
• Passion for personal development, coaching, or wellbeing is a bonus
