About the role Here at Superscript we’re on the hunt for a Commercial Account Handler. Superscript is all about enabling SMEs to take the risks they need with the comfort of business insurance that suits them, and those in our Commercial SME Retentions team are pivotal in achieving this mission. This role involves preserving and enhancing customer relationships by preventing policy cancellations and promoting policy renewals through proactive communication. Proactively reach out to existing policyholders in order to retain them (via phone, email or other relevant channels) Identify key reasons for potential policy cancellations and formulate solutions in order to retain customers and reduce policy cancellations. Explain to customers any changes to premiums, products or enhancements for both new and existing policies. Provide information to customers around how different insurance policies meet their specific needs. Understanding of Commercial combined insurance. Unafraid to be proactive in communication via phone or email.
