Social Media Manager profile:

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead on my clients social media efforts. This role will be instrumental in shaping there online presence, driving engagement, and supporting key marketing and business goals. You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all digital channels.

Social Media Manager job description :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for all social platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Partner with social media agencies to ensure paid ads align with the marketing calendar and achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of the trading calendar to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and visibility.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to performance tracking and reporting.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform content and strategy.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector – 2/3 yrs ideally
  • Experience in Tik Tok ads/management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Experience working with social media agencies and managing paid ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling with a customer-centric approach
