Senior Insight Analyst
Working Pattern – 2 days per week in the Brighton office
Salary £50,000 to £60,000

You will be joining a scale-up who have a huge focus on sustainability and DEI as part of their culture.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Insight Analyst to build customer and marketing analytics from the ground up.
The role:
- Working as part of the Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for creating and driving analytics for marketing campaigns across all channels.
- You will work with large data-sets across campaign performance, customer segmentation and recommendations.
- Work closely with the marketing team providing insight in customer behaviour and customer LTV.
- Creating dashboards and providing insight and data storytelling to senior stakeholders in the business.
What we are looking for:
- Stakeholder management at all levels up to CxO.
- Ability to provide insight, and recommendations and tell the story behind the data.
- Previous experience of working with customer and marketing data.
Technical Skills:
- SQL
- Tableau or similar
- Web Analytics Tools; Google Analytics (GA4)
- A/B testing
