Copello are working with a leading defence organisation working on complex, high-impact programmes. We're seeking a Senior Commercial Manager with strong experience in managing high-value contracts and commercial strategy within a defence environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading commercial negotiations and contract management on complex projects
- Developing and executing commercial strategies, ensuring compliance with policy and defence regulations
- Supporting bid and proposal activity on medium to large-scale opportunities
- Building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
- Guiding commercial decisions with a focus on risk, pricing, and governance
- Leading and developing commercial teams, fostering innovation and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant degree (e.g., Law, Business, Economics) and solid commercial management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong track record in negotiating innovative commercial solutions
- Experience in shaping proposals and commercial input for complex programmes
