Required for this luxury travel company to support the CEO. Hybrid with two days in the office per week based close to Stratford tube station in London. The successful candidate must have previous EA experience within travel or hospitality, salary between £50k-£65k plus bonus and great benefits.
Executive assistants duties:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements, inbox management, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Strategic Coordination: Support the CEO in managing priorities, tracking key business initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-through on decisions and projects.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and high-profile clients; draft professional correspondence and board-level documents.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and coordinate action items across leadership and department heads.
- International Travel & Event Support: Accompany the CEO on select overseas trips or on your own to attend meetings and provide on-the-ground meet and greet support for UHNW clients.
- Event Planning: Organise internal and external events, leadership offsites, and executive-level hospitality experiences when required.
- Project Oversight: Support or lead small, high-priority internal projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring they stay on track and aligned with strategic goals.
- Research & Briefing Preparation: Conduct background research on clients, partners, destinations, and industry trends to prepare briefing documents and talking points for meetings and conferences.
- Expense Management: Oversee the CEO's expense reconciliation and ensure efficient handling of travel, hospitality, and operational budgets related to executive activities.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and professionalism.
Executive assistants skills required:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at C-suite level, working within luxury, travel or hospitality sectors.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
- Impeccable attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a calm, polished demeanour.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Notion).
- Discreet, trustworthy, and adept at managing confidential information.
- Flexible and adaptable – comfortable with evolving priorities and a fast-moving schedule.
