Arguably the most desirable US law firm to work for in London is recruiting a new Junior Facilities Assistant to work alongside the Office Services Manager and busy and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities:- Sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing post in a timely manner.
- Arranging national and international couriers.
- Maintain stock levels for stationery and reprographics consumables and place orders for supplies when appropriate.
- Liaise with building security and the landlord for contractor and engineer access.
- Setting up meeting rooms, to include moving and rebuilding room set ups.
- Ordering business cards for staff and lawyers as and when required.
- Assisting the office services team with internal office moves.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing work is delivered within the agreed service level agreements and deadlines are met.
- Work with the Office Services Manager to record usage and cost of all print/copy consumables.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
