What We Are Looking For:
- Passionate about education and committed to supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
- Understanding and empathetic, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students.
- Flexible and adaptable – able to respond to the changing needs of learners and the school day.
- A great communicator – able to work collaboratively with Teachers, parents, and external professionals.
- Organised and proactive, with strong time-management skills and a positive attitude.
- Ideally qualified to Level 3 in Learning Support or equivalent.
