Hybrid IFA Administration Client managment Fram and a working with a respected discretionary wealth manager, who is currently seeking a Financial Planning Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Head of Planning to ensure compliance standards are met and exceptional client service is provided. As a key team member, responsibilities will involve assisting in preparing recommendations, producing suitability reports, consumer duty obligations, and efficiently managing client records. Key Responsibilities: Assistant in the administration of client profiles and financial planning products and services through Onboarding new client’s data and documents Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and produce details to provide comparisons for analysis Providing clients and/or their advisers with information and report about their portfolios along with other financial planning products and services.
