A food producer, based on the outskirts of Beverley is looking for a Quality Compliance Manager to join the fast-growing business. Opting for sustainable growth, they are proud to use ultramodern machinery, high-quality products, and continuously invest on the site, both on the production facilities and employees. THE ROLE: As the Quality Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control processes and procedures are adhered to within the organisation. This role involves managing pest control, handling complaints, developing the QC team, and overseeing internal documentation and audits. The Quality Compliance Manager will also manage QHSE action logs, non-conformance logs, calibration processes, and coordinate new product introductions. Additionally, this role includes monitoring micro trends, conducting hygiene audits, and driving the site food safety culture. You will report to the Technical Manager.
