A growing investment firm is on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Operations Analyst to support the senior team across compliance, governance, and business operations. Think Consumer Duty, MI reporting, process improvements, and even exploring AI for efficiency.
You will:
- Work directly with senior leadership to enhance governance & compliance
- Lead on Consumer Duty processes, policy, and reporting
- Own marketing reviews, record keeping & external due diligence
You’ll do:
- Collaborate across teams – investments, marketing, risk, client service
- Drive better operational and regulatory outcomes
- Keep documentation watertight and reporting smooth
