Investment Associate – Private Equity Team (Pension fund) An established and globally active private equity team is seeking to hire a high-performing Investment Associate to join its growing platform. The successful candidate will become a key member of the direct investment team, deploying long-term capital across North America and Europe. Investments span multiple sectors, including Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare, and Tech-Enabled Services. The Associate will play a critical role in both deal execution and portfolio management, with responsibilities including: Financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis Ongoing support of portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking Strong preference for candidates with a high volume of live transaction experience, including full deal execution, financial modeling, and process management ~ Candidates from private equity will only be considered if they demonstrate substantial live deal experience • • Collaborative mindset with a strong interest in long-term investing and a hands-on approach to value creation
