Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior enterprise seller to own the full sales cycle for large enterprise deals across financial services, banking, and insurance. You’ll engage senior leaders, shape complex business cases and guide prospects through the buyer journey from first conversation to signed agreement.

  • Lead a structured sales process with strategic enterprises, building compelling business cases that demonstrate clear value.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and develop deep relationships, positioning AI solutions as business-critical investments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-driven solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetups.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine our market positioning and value proposition.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an enterprise seller with a focus on financial services or insurance.
  • Track record selling enterprise software in process intelligence, process mining, automation, RPA or AI would be of interest.
  • Prior experience as an industry or product expert (e.g., technical seller, solution consultant, sales engineer, management consultant, or relevant client-side experience).
  • Demonstrated success leading complex six-figure deals through a consultative sales process to closed-won.
  • Strong storytelling ability and commercial acumen - you know how to build and sell a compelling business case.
  • Start-up mindset and appetite for early-stage building.
  • Grit and determination - you are resilient and follow through on objectives.
