The Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and technical support to customers across London and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities include:
- Visiting customer sites to install, service, maintain and repair beverage equipment
- Working with a range of machines, including bean-to-cup, espresso coffee machines, and juice dispensers
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Accurately completing all relevant service documentation
- Acting as a brand ambassador by providing first-class customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a field service engineer role
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience within the coffee, juice, or HORECA sector is desirable but not essential
