What Youll Be Doing:

Developing and building functional prototypes for novelmedical equipment

Taking concepts from early-stage design through to physical, working models

Using SolidWorks (training provided if needed) to assist in mechanical design and iteration

Working directly in the workshopwelding, fabricating, machining, and assembling

Contributing to collaborative R&D projects, influencing both design and execution

Supporting continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members as the department scales
What Youll Bring:

A strong background in mechanical engineering –metalwork, fabrication, CNC machining, or welding

Experience working onR&D, prototype builds, or non-standard/custom manufacturing

A hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset and eye for practical detail

Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD tools (training available)

A passion for building, improving, and innovation

Full right to work in the UK; a drivers license is preferred due to the site location
