Are you a seasoned Senior or Site Manager with a solid background in Tier 1 main contracting? Do you have the flexibility to lodge away from home for an exciting new build project? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are working with a leading main contractor on a major new build development in Suffolk. The project is set to run for an extended duration, and we're seeking an experienced professional to oversee the on-site delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full site management responsibility for a new build scheme (value £10m+)
- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring programme, quality, health & safety, and cost targets are met
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with company and industry regulations
- Report regularly to project management and directors
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 main contractors
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Track record of delivering complex new build schemes on time and within budget
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), First Aid certified
- Ability and willingness to lodge away during the week (accommodation provided)
