Are you a “Junior” Software Developer, looking to work on a greenfield project on the latest MS tech (.net 8), with C# / ASP.net? Looking to really learn & enforce your craft from experienced senior & lead developers? Working for one of the fastest growing companies in Europe, based in the Northeast, you will relish the challenge of contributing to a mature development environment and progressing your coding career.
Location: Northeast, Newcastle area. We operate a hybrid office policy: 2 days in office, 3 from home – although this is flexible. Good for: Newcastle, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Durham, etc.
Salary: £30K - £36K basic + 7% Pension + Bonus. 25 Days holiday + Free Gym & Breakfasts!
We'd need to see some evidence of the below, in a commercial capacity and/or the desire to get involved in:
- ASP.Net with C#; full stack experience is good.
- JavaScript and related frameworks; we have some legacy React.
- Blazor; you will learn this.
- MS SQL; mix of entity and stored procedures.
- OOP and SOLID design principles.
- Agile; you will have either worked within it or want to get into an environment using it.
- Code quality is important; TDD and writing meaningful unit and integration tests (although we have a dedicated automation first QA team you will work with).
