We're working with a true leader in research, development, and innovation, and they are looking for multiple graduate Infrastructure Research Engineers to join their team. This global technology powerhouse invests heavily into R&D to make huge technological advancements in various sectors and is considered a top global employer.
In this role, you will be working on R&D to explore emerging systems across areas such as Cloud, Distributed Systems and/or Operating Systems. This is a full time PAYE contract for 12 months and there may be extensions available depending on your right to work status. It's based in Edinburgh and if you are not based in Edinburgh, you will be required to relocate.
For this Infrastructure Research Engineer (Graduate) position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:
- MSc or PhD recent graduate or late stage student in Computer Science or similar from top Universities
- Proficiency in C++
- A background in either Cloud Computing, Distributed Systems or Operating Systems
