The role of night manager will oversee all back of house functions within a store that has a turnover in excess of £56 million per year. You’ll be part of a management team who focus on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit.

The ideal candidate will come from a retail background and have had exposure to working in a back of house environment or will enjoy the operational side of retail. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the world class store standards.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £33,000. You will also benefit from a 12% annual bonus. The working pattern for the role is eight hour shifts starting as early as 6am, finishing as late as 8pm.
