Job Description

Job Title: IT Change and Release Management

Location: Bristol – 3 days a week on site

Job Type:

Permanent, expected to work Full time hours

Salary:

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Benefits:

Pension up to 15% (Non Contribution) + Discretionary bonus. 35 hours a week, relaxed work/life balance. No-one works after 5pm, Generally people get a 5% pay increase every year.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement change and release management processes
  • Coordinate and manage IT changes and releases
  • Ensure successful deployment of changes and releases
  • Collaborate with IT teams to plan and schedule changes
  • Monitor and report on change and release activities
  • Review and improve change and release processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in ITIL Change and Release Management

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT change and release management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT changes and releases

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT change and release management processes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Bristol. The position is full-time, and some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate change and release activities.

The role may involve occasional travel to other locations for meetings or project-related activities.
