Altus Partners is delighted to be appointed by a leading Large Cap Private Equity firm in the search for an FP&A Director to join an established, high growth professional services asset based in London. This dynamic organisation has executed multiple strategic acquisitions over the past two years and is now gearing up for its next phase of expansion.
As FP&A Director, you will work closely with the Group CFO, driving strategic and commercial finance initiatives to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for shaping the financial narrative for investors, leading commercial finance functions, and delivering insightful financial analysis that supports key business decisions. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned FP&A leader with Private Equity experience and a strong background in professional services.
THE ROLE:
- Build and scale a best-in-class Group FP&A function
- Lead financial data presentation and commercial insights for investors and the board
- Shape the company’s equity story and investor communications
- Drive international go to market strategy analysis for new product launches
- Develop and implement a robust financial planning model, incorporating P&L, cash flow, and key KPIs
- Oversee the monthly reforecasting process, identifying risks and opportunities
- Own the annual budgeting cycle and financial reporting
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue forecasting and budget execution
- Deliver real time commercial performance reporting against budget and forecasts
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA professional
- Strong professional services/consulting experience (highly beneficial)
- Private Equity experience preferred, with exposure to high growth environments
- Prior involvement in exit planning and execution highly advantageous
