As the Community Manager you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a thriving community of Web3 professionals, developers, and enthusiasts. You\’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels. Develop and implement community growth strategies across various platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.) Create and curate engaging content that resonates with the Web3 community Gather feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand strategy Proven experience in community management, preferably in the Web3 or tech industry Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong social media management skills across various platforms Ability to create engaging written and visual content Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret community data and metrics Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms
