Robert Half is partnering with a renewable energy company based in central London in search of an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO in navigating a highly complex, global organisation. The Executive Assistant will be a trusted confidant to the CEO and ensure they are capable of focusing and prioritising multiple requests for attention.
- Be a key partner to our CEO and manage their calendar.
- Ensure that the CEO is kept focused with ever-changing priorities.
- Help organise agendas by proactively prioritising and managing internal and external meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Manage regular and dynamic (international) travels in close alignment with personal preferences and meeting requirements, developing relationships with our travel partners.
- Make management and team meetings as efficient as possible by preparing agendas and materials, coordinating input, tracking outcomes and action items.
- Own and operate our internal administration procedures.
- Set up and help maintain our new office, making it a place where our team, clients, and partners feel comfortable.
- Coordinate the successful onboarding of new team members (supported by our HR team) by establishing a robust process that will not need your supervision in the near future.
- Coordinate with other offices and hubs across Jera in relation to projects, schedules, meetings, and visits.
- Take over projects that need special attention.
You proficiently use all Microsoft Office applications and manage to get familiar with other software quickly.
