We\’re recruiting great people to join our friendly, welcoming Contact Centre on a Hybrid working basis. As a Contact Centre Coordinator , you\’ll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude. As a Contact Centre Coordinator, you will: Make good use of a variety of channels, including calls, emails, live chat and social media Cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm) Deliver excellent customer service, every time. Competently and confidently adhere to a Hybrid working model, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site when required. Helping you feel good.
