Senior Commercial Solicitor

Our client, a highly respected City law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial / TMT Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm that delivers exceptional legal services to a diverse client base — from dynamic domestic start‑ups to UK subsidiaries of major international corporations, many of which are household names.

As a Senior Commercial / TMT Solicitor, you’ll provide high‑quality legal advice to clients headquartered across the UK and Asia Pacific, many of whom rely on clear, practical guidance on English law and commercial best practices. You’ll be confident advising clients directly and managing complex matters with professionalism and commercial insight.

The ideal Senior Commercial / TMT Solicitor will have around 6–7 years’ PQE and a strong background in one or more of the following areas:

• Sale of goods and services (including cross‑border transactions)
• Consumer law and product liability
• Outsourcing, agency, and distribution
• Data protection and compliance
• Intellectual property, IT, and e‑commerce
