Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives for a large financial services organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery—ensuring all change initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory and organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage change projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and third-party vendors.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting of costs.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive effective change management activities including training, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and benefits realisation.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in project delivery across large-scale, cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in managing internal and external delivery partners.
- Strong financial and budget management capabilities.
- Previous delivery experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in delivering change initiatives across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Legal functions.
