- Working alongside our Head of PR Comms to learn and develop your own skills.
- Contributing to the Root blog and resource materials.
Experience:
Really, we don’t care how much experience you have, it’s more about what you’ve done that we want to hear about, such as:
- History of directly outreaching campaigns that have generated high authority coverage.
- The success you’ve had particularly within industries like Finance, Travel, Fashion, Lifestyle and more.
- Working alongside journalists rather than having a transactional approach to outreach.
Please include examples of links, placements, projects, etc. in your application to help!
Benefits:
- This role is completely remote, offering you the flexibility to save time and money permanently from commuting to balance your life and time.
- Work from anywhere: as long as you maintain UK tax status, our employees have the option to work abroad for chunks of the year.
- Training and personal development is invested in from the get-go. Everyone has a generous training budget, as well as internal training on all the areas we cover as a business.
- Private healthcare is offered with subsidised Virgin gyms and various other benefits that you’ll receive when joining our company plan with Vitality (if desired).
- Flexible working hours, with start times to suit you but also in-line with our team and clients operating hours.
About Us:
What sets us apart? Unlike many agencies we’ve managed our growth sustainably, with local and global clients, and that’s helped us avoid a ton of issues many 'fast growing' agencies have experienced. That’s helped us build out tactics and processes we know work, whilst all being able to chip in with each other’s work - which is ultimately our secret sauce.
We pride ourselves on our transparency as an agency and the thinking that goes into everything we do. Our team produce amazing results – no exaggeration – every week, but we also fail. We’ve been in the industry long enough to expect both sides of the coin, but we are constantly improving and that is why our client retention rate is sky-high.
We also ‘give a shit’ about our team, clients, freelancers, past relationships, etc. and that underpins our approach as a business. All decisions and even questions we haven’t asked ourselves yet are considered with outcomes for everyone in mind.
As an agency, we started officially in 2019 and already work on some of the largest SEO & Digital PR retainers in the industry. As a small ambitious company, you will be part of a growing team and a core part of how we develop as a business. We work with a range of clients, creating a wide range of diversified problems for us to solve.
Our company is focused on developing measurable returns to our clients and crafting some of the best content online to help them do so. Having already produced some of the most successful pieces of digital content, and with the ROIs to prove it, we want to continue pushing the boundaries of what makes good digital marketing. If you’ve got ideas on how we can do that, let’s chat.
