We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Solicitor to join their Commercial team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an excellent Commercial team, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of complex and significant commercial contracts.

The Senior Solicitor will also work on a range of other matters including data protection, intellectual property, and cyber security. The candidate will work on leading technology advances such as AI.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Commercial law background;
• Excellent drafting skills;
• Strong team player;
• Commercial awareness;
• Enthusiastic;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
